Pan Fry

Heat a non-stick pan until hot. Take paratha straight from freezer, no need to thaw. Remove plastic dough divider sheet & place paratha on a pre-heated pan. Heat for 2-3 mins, flipping every 30 seconds while adding small amount of oil or ghee. Press the paratha often while heating. Remove when golden brown. Serve hot.
