• 1½ cups ghee
  • 500g mutton
  • ½ medium onion (diced)
  • 1 medium tomato (diced)
  • 2½ cups yoghurt
  • 1 sachet Kohinoor Kashmiri Meat Masala
  • Salt to taste


  • Heat the ghee and fry the mutton till medium brown. Stir requently.
  • Add the onions and tomatoes and fry for 5 more minutes.
  • Pour in the yoghurt and cook the masala till the ghee separates.
  • Add Kohinoor Kashmiri Meat Masala and fry for a few minutes.
  • Then add 1½ glasses of water and cook on low heat till the meat is tender.
  • Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy the authentic flavours of Kashmir.
