Coorgi Rotis also known as soft rice flour chapatti. It is perfect to serve with most south Indian dishes.
2 cups / 230 gm Rice flour
Salt to taste
1-1/2 cups / 300gm Basmati rice well soaked ground with a little water on make a smooth paste
Ghee for shallow frying
Stir the rice flour and salt together in a bowl, Add the rice puree and a little water if required to make smooth pliable dough.
Divide the dough into 10 equal balls. Roll out each ball into 6 disc which is 1/6 thick, speck do not appear on the underside. Turn the disc over and pour some ghee from the side to shallow-fry. Remove and repeat till all the discs are fried.
