Easy to cook and super tasty, cheese balls are crumbs which are small to medium-sized deep fried balls, stuffed with cheese mixture. Cheese ball is a tempting snack often served as an appetizer too. Be it Christmas, Thanksgiving, Birthday or Anniversary celebration, New Year or Thanksgiving, cheese ball recipes are apt to be relished and savoured in every occasion.

  • Paneer – 200 g
  • Boiled potato – 1 (grated)
  • Corn Flour – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sweet Corn- 2 tbsp.
  • Fresh Red Chili chop – 1 tbsp.
  • French Beans chopped – 2 tbsp.
  • Fresh Coriander – 1 tbsp. (chopped)
  • Cheddar Cheese grated – 2 tbsp.
  • Oil for frying
  • Mix paneer (cheese), boiled potato, sweet corn, fresh red chili, French beans, cheddar cheese and corn flour, salt and fresh coriander in a bowl.
  • Make small balls from this mixture .Roll to make a ball. Crumb the ball with bread crumb.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
  • When the oil is hot, simmer the heat to medium and fry the balls till golden brown from all the sides.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
