Coconut Laddoos are sweet and crunchy dessert-snacks, traditionally served to guests during special festivities and occasions.

  • Mawa or Khoya - ⅓ cup
  • Desiccated Coconut - ⅔ cup
  • Powdered Sugar or Boora or Tagar - ⅓ cup
  • Milk - 1-2 tablespoons
  • Cook the Khoya on medium-low heat till it gets a very slight light brown color.
  • Don't forget to stir continuously. Remove into a bowl and wait until it's cool to touch.
  • Add desiccated Coconut, powdered Sugar and mix well.
  • Check and see if Milk is required or not. Add very little at a time and see.
  • Start forming the Laddoos and keep the Laddoos in the plate.
