Quick to make and healthy to eat, this Tune based salad is refreshing and a great summer dish.

  • 200g tomatoes, Cut into 2piece (halved)
  • 1 onion, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, cut into slices
  • 1 green capsicum, cut into slices
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 x 185g Tuna Fish in Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 2 tbsp. sweet corn
  • 1 tbsp. green peas
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Mix the vinegar and mayonnaise together then add all the ingredients.
  • Add the seasoning and serve cold.
