Heat the ghee and fry the mutton till medium brown. Stir requently.
Add the onions and tomatoes and fry for 5 more minutes.
Pour in the yoghurt and cook the masala till the ghee separates.
Add Kohinoor Kashmiri Meat Masala and fry for a few minutes.
Then add 1½ glasses of water and cook on low heat till the meat is tender.
Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy the authentic flavours of Kashmir.
