  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic , chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Spring Onion, to garnish
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Kohinoor Super Silver Authentic Basmati Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and sauté then add chopped onion and then add sweet corn.

  • Add the cooked basmati rice and then add the seasoning then garnish it with spring onion.
