- 1 cup American Sweet Corn
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic , chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Spring Onion, to garnish
- 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Kohinoor Super Silver Authentic Basmati Rice

Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic and sauté then add chopped onion and then add sweet corn.
Add the cooked basmati rice and then add the seasoning then garnish it with spring onion.
