  • 1 packet Kohinoor Tasty Twist Mumbai Chowpatty Multi Use Seasoning
  • 4 cup Rice, (boiled)
  • 1 cup Boiled diced veggies, -
  • 1/2 inch piece chopped ginger
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • 1/3 cup chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 medium chopped tomato
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin

Preparation

  • In a pan or a tawa, melt the butter, and add the chopped ingredients other than the veggies.

  • Slow cook the ingredients for 5-7 minutes, and then add veggies and cook for another two minutes.

  • Add the rice and the Kohinoor Tasty Twist Mumbai Chowpatty Multi-use seasoning and mix well .
