  • 200 grams Kabuli Chana, Soaked Overnight
  • 5 tablespoon ghee
  • 0.5 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 4 tablespoon onion paste
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 sachet Kohinoor Dilli Choley Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 Inches Ginger, Julienne
  • Handful Coriander Sprig

  • Pressure cook soaked kabuli chana until it turns soft. When cooked, keep aside for later use.

  • Heat ghee in kadhai and splutter cumin seeds.

  • Add in onion paste, ginger garlic paste and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

  • Add in tomato puree and dilli choley masala; cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  • Adjust salt and add in cooked kabuli chana. Allow it to cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Serve immediately and garnish with ginger juliennes and coriander sprig.
