  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 4 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green Chillies , slit
  • 700 grams mutton, minced
  • 1 sachet Kohinoor Dilli Choley Masala
  • 0.75 cup curd, beaten
  • 0.5 cup Hot Water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 Inches Ginger, Julienne
  • few mint sprig

Preparation

  • Heat ghee in kadhai and splutter cumin seeds.

  • Add in onion and ginger garlic paste. sauté until they turn light brown.

  • Add mutton kheema, slit green chili and sauté for 5-7 minutes on low flame.

  • Add in curd, dilli choley masala and hot water. Adjust salt, cover and allow it to cook until mutton is cooked on low flame.

  • Remove the lid and dry out all the liquid.

  • Serve immediately with pav and garnish with ginger and mint sprig.
